The season comes alive with the sound of singing as the Milwaukee Children’s Choir explores the shimmering, glittering, shining and silvery wonders of winter. Features Classical masters including Haydn and Mozart, contemporary composers Rutter and Leavitt and a selection of traditional seasonal favorites that will brighten the dark days of winter with cheer!

It’s “out of the Hall and into the Mall” as the Milwaukee Children’s Choir takes its show on the road to the community! All five choirs and selected upper choir soloists, duets and small ensembles will present an all-day selection of favorite songs in the friendly come-and-go atmosphere of the Bayshore Town Center to benefit the educational programs of MCC. Invite your friends, grab a latte and enjoy!

Join the Milwaukee Children’s Choir and several invited area guest choirs on an exciting exploration of the great rivers of the world: the Nile, the Mississippi, the Amazon, the Rhine and the Yangtze. Performing River Child by Chicago composer Rollo Dilworth, you too will discover what every River Child knows: “Water is Life!”

The Milwaukee Children’s Choir, alumni and guest performers celebrate 15 years of music, memories, friendship and growth. All five choir levels will be featured along with a special retrospective of choral favorites including excerpts from David Fanshawe’s African Sanctus.
